One of the reasons why I decided to create this new forum is to allow *FREEWARE* route builders to open up their own forum section. There they can talk about their freeware route projects they're working on or it could be used as a introduction, news and info section. It's also possible for them to share their latest progress screen shots or whatever they like.

We all know that payware creators also post their progress shots once in a while. So why not something similar for freeware route creators and maybe rolling stock builders as well...? As I said, suggestions are welcome here.  ;)

The only condition for YOU to get your own forum section is that you work seriously on your project(s) as far as it is possible and keep YOUR section regularly updated and clean.

For those who are interested please send me a PM. Thanks!

That's not a bad idea at all. I thought about it as well. Are there enough repainters/reskinners that visit the forums here? Please chime in folks if you have the same opinion. Thanks for your suggestions.  ;)

Tom,

For any of us that have custom locomotives and cars, be they for a prototype road or a protolanced one

reskinning has become a way of life and anytime we can get some little hints and tricks to make our life easier is very welcome.  So, I would say that it would be an excellent idea for another forum section.

I agree that we should have a repain/reskinning part of the forum. It might make the forum a little more attractive for people who might are deciding to join or not. If you remember correctly, This is one of a few suggestions that I brought up last week for the forum to you.

Anyways, I have been thinking of making a post for someone who might be interested in doing some custom locomotives for my Rattlesnake Pass route and there might be a person or two that might be interested in doing that in the future.

Fine, I will set up another forum section for repainting/reskinning  ASAP. Think it will be online tonight or tomorrow evening at the latest. Thanks again for your inputs.   ;)
